The Terms of Service are the contract. Paid plans also have a plan agreement, and the version you accepted is stored in your portal under Digital Agreements.
What we do with your data
The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and, for business customers sending us personal data, the Data Processing Agreement.
How you may use it
The Acceptable Use Policy and the AI Usage Policy set the limits, including what AI output can and cannot be relied on for.
