One Platform for Every Operation
NexGen eHub brings together AI-powered business tools, a customer portal with ticket support, workflow and productivity tools, and human-delivered Managed Services. Fourteen self-service products, the NexGen AI assistant, the portal and the Help Centre are live today — use them yourself, or ask our UK-managed team to carry out the work for you.
Platform Roadmap
Each capability below is labelled with what is genuinely available today and what is still planned. Anything marked "Partly available" works in the form described but is not yet complete — please confirm your specific requirements with our team before you buy.

Unified Data Layer
One relational database with row-level security: customers, tickets, documents, tasks, invoices and AI credit history are linked per account, so staff never work from disconnected spreadsheets.
AI Tools, Not Black Boxes
Purpose-built AI for content, product listings, admin documents, data, customer messages and voice — every action shows its credit cost before it runs, and missing facts are flagged rather than invented. Autonomous multi-step agents are on the roadmap.
Workflows & Checklists
Reusable process checklists with saved manual runs are available today. Visual triggers, approval routing and fully automated runs are planned and are not sold as working software.
Security & Access Control
Role-based access control, per-customer row-level data separation, HTTPS in transit and a trigger-written admin audit log. Two-factor authentication is available for staff and administrator accounts, and can be made compulsory for the Operations console; single sign-on is not available yet, and encryption-at-rest depends on the hosting supplier — the Trust Centre sets out exactly what we do and do not claim.
Multi-Language & Currency
AI tools work in multiple languages and your workspace stores country, language and currency defaults. Pricing, checkout and invoicing are in GBP today, with other currencies planned as the platform expands.
APIs & Webhooks
Server-side integrations already run for payments and AI providers, and the Advanced Integrations tool helps you plan and risk-check your own webhook specs with nothing called from your browser. A public developer API is planned.
