These Terms govern access to and use of NexGen eHub services provided by NexGen eHub Limited.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
Use of the platform must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
3. Fees
Any fees, billing frequency, cancellation rights and applicable terms will be set out in the order form or service agreement agreed with you before a paid service begins. Pricing shown on the website is indicative and does not itself create a subscription.
4. Availability
We target high availability but the service is provided "as is" except where a written SLA applies.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
