Start free, subscribe online to Starter or Professional, or talk to us about Business and Enterprise. Every AI action shows its credit cost before you run it. These prices cover the software and your monthly AI credits — human-delivered Managed Services are quoted separately below.

How to buy each plan

Free is instant self-service registration. Starter and Professional are self-service subscriptions: try free for 7 days (10 AI credits, once per account, no payment details), or read and accept the plan agreement at checkout and pay securely online. Business and Enterprise are arranged by enquiry and admin approval.

What you are never charged for

Every AI action shows its credit cost before it runs, a failed run is never charged, and the same run is never charged twice. The Free plan's five welcome credits are added once and stay until you use them. If you run out, your account and all your saved work stay available for the rest of the period and you can request additional credits from your portal — we confirm the arrangement with you before anything is charged.

The exact credit cost is confirmed on screen before each AI run, and the same run is never charged twice. If you use your included subscription credits there is no separate fee for that run. The Customer Message & Returns Assistant is included with your AI Admin Assistant access and does generate text, so each draft uses credits and, where a daily AI operation limit applies, one of those operations; its pre-send checks run on your own device and cost nothing. The credit cost shown inside each tool before you run it is always the figure you are charged.

Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance. Credits renew at the start of each billing period for paid plans, unused credits expire at renewal, and this is disclosed before purchase. Your subscription provides access to the tools included in your plan. AI tasks that consume credits are subject to your available credit balance. Additional credits may be purchased separately where available. Your current credit balance and every transaction stay visible in your client portal at all times.
